At Nanlite UK, we pride ourselves on offering the very best products in our category and we want to make sure you are totally thrilled with your new purchase. In order to ensure that, we need you to register your products.

Limited Warranty Cover
MAC Group Europe Ltd warrants that your Nanlite product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to Nanlite products purchased from nanlite.co.uk or sold by an authorised retailer in the UK only.
If your Nanlite product (‘Product’) has been carefully manufactured, has passed many quality assurance checks and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If your product does fail due to manufacturing or material defects, we will fix or replace it.
This limited warranty does not apply to any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, improper handling or negligence. The warranty covers Nanlite LED lighting products and associated Nanlite accessories only purchased from Nanlite.co.uk or a MAC Group Europe authorised retailer. The customer accepts responsibility for determining suitability and fitness for use, and therefore consequential damages are not warranted.
MAC Group Products are legitimately sold only by authorised sellers who are required to follow MAC Group’s policies, procedures, and quality control standards. MAC Group reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
If you do discover a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact MAC Group Europe Ltd before returning your product. We may be able to solve your problem faster by sending you a replacement part.
